4. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once the returned product is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

5. Are all products eligible for return or exchange?

No. Customised, discounted, or clearance-sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

6. Can I exchange a product for a different size or color?

Yes, exchanges are allowed for size or color, subject to product availability.
